Hiring two tenure-track Security Faculty

We are hiring two tenure-track security faculty.  One of the target areas is usable security.  Besides the info on the official ad, the School also hosts an interdisciplinary Masters of HCI program.

Position:  Two tenure-track faculty positions

The School of Computer Science at Carleton University in Ottawa, Canada invites applications from qualified candidates for two tenure-track appointments in Computer Science at the rank of Assistant Professor. The positions are in computer and systems security, or closely related areas including web security, network security, and usable security.

The application deadline is December 1, 2018.

The School of Computer Science has 33 full-time faculty members and particular research strengths in bioinformatics, computational geometry, computer security, big data analytics, databases and information systems, graphics, HCI, high-performance computing, machine learning, networks and distributed computing. The School offers a Bachelor of Computer Science degree and graduate programs at the Master’s and Ph.D. level.
